	Beware of the E.F.C.A. (Employee Free Choice Act)

If you want to avoid the EFCA and remain non-union, do the following:
1.	Tell your employees what the current National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) is and what the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) does.
2.	Explain the current secret ballot process where employees determine if they want to be represented by a union or not represented by a union.
3.	Explain how the EFCA changes the current NLRA and NLRB function including the elimination of the employee secret ballot vote.
4.	Educate employees about their rights under the current NLRA and their loss of rights under the EFCA. Few Employees realize that the NLRA and NLRB protect employees rights at no cost to them and that employees choice of representation (either union or non-union) is of primary concern to the NLRB.
If you do the above in an uncomplicated and informational way, employees will clearly see that the EFCA is nothing but a political-union sham designed to easily increase union membership and union revenue through dues.
